Wildcat
From
the eastside...
Take the 101 north to Princess Dr./Pima Rd exit
- Note: DO NOT take the first Pima exit (Pima
Rd/90th St.) this will take you longer. At
Princess/Pima, turn right at the bottom of the
off-ramp. This is Pima Rd. Follow Pima north to
Cave Creek Rd, this will be 10-12 mi or so from
the 101. Turn right on Cave Creek, 4-5 mi to
Bartlett Dam Road. Turn right on Bartlett Dam
Rd, to Forest Road 2095 (mile marker 1) turn
right and drive 1/8 mile into the old gravel
pit. You can access all your recreational roads
and trails from the Wildcat Parking Area.

Table Mesa Road
Take
I-17 North to the Table Mesa Road exit and go
left over the freeway (The exit is just a little
ways past the town of New River). On the
westside of the freeway take a right and when
the road turns to dirt you will see a parking
area about 100 feet down on your left. You are
there.

Mile Marker 11.5
From
I-17 or 99th Ave
Take
Highway 74 West past the Lake Pleasant turn-off
to mile post 12. Take a right at the first dirt
road after milepost 12. Go approximately 1 mile
until you come to a large open area with small
hill of big boulders in the middle. You are
there. Be sure to stay on the existing roads for
parking.

Mile
Marker 4
From
I-17 or 99th Ave
Take
Highway 74 West past the Lake Pleasant turnoffs
to mile post 4. Take a right at the first dirt
road after milepost 4. Go approximately 1 mile
until you come to a large open area, with trees,
where the road goes into a large wash. You are
there. This is a popular place to camp so if
someone is camped in the trees there is another
parking are up on the ridge to the West. Just
follow the road around and there is plenty of
parking. Be sure to stay on the existing roads
for parking.

Crosscut/Mud Springs
Take
Highway 87 North or of Fountain Hills like you
are going to Payson. Go past the Four Peaks
turn and then up and over the ridge. At the
bottom of the hill you will see a sign for
Mesquite Wash (its the first bridge at the
bottom) ) Mile Marker 212) and you turn left
just after crossing the bridge over the wash.
Cross the South bound lanes and follow the dirt
road on the West side of 87 down into the
tree's. You are there. When staging at this
location you ride the Sycamore Creek trails
first then the CrossCut/Mud Springs trails.
If
you want to ride Crosscut/Mud Springs first,
turn right after the bridge and follow the road
around to the left.
